Can I get a refund?
Purchases are final. If we take a paid listing down by our own decision or mistake, you are refunded in full; if it broke the rules, there is no refund.

What the terms say
Purchases are not refundable once paid, as the terms say. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.
Taken down by us
When our team takes down a paid listing, they choose one of two reasons, and each has a fixed outcome. When the take-down is our own decision or a mistake on our side, you get everything you paid for the listing back automatically, to the original payment method, and a credit note. A listing taken down for breaking the terms or the acceptable use policy is not refunded, in full or in part; that covers a single listing, a listing from a multi-site purchase and its add-ons. Everything bought for the listing is removed from the site, and you get a message.
Bundles, crypto
For a multi-site purchase where only one site's listing is taken down by our decision, that site's share is refunded and the other listings stay live. Crypto refunds are paid by hand, after you give us a wallet address.
Chargebacks
A disputed or reversed payment takes down everything bought with that order until the dispute is settled; if it goes our way, it can be restored.
Small print
A fully refunded order does not count as your first order, so a first-order code can be used again. Two Featured orders, one refunded: the listing keeps the days of the other. A refunded sponsorship's dates go back on sale.
