Entering the launch window
To vote, you need to be signed in with a confirmed email address. This keeps our boards clean and our community real. You can cast one vote per listing, and only on launches that are live right now.
The throttle rules
You're free to vote for any live launch except your own—until you've voted for someone else's first. This keeps the focus on community lift-off, not self-promotion.
We run hourly and daily vote limits to stop artificial thrust. If we spot a suspicious burst of votes, we flag them for review before they count toward the boards. You may see a quick human check pop up now and then; that's mission control keeping us on course.
Votes are never for sale
This is non-negotiable. Community votes, paid ranking (our billboard system), verification badges and factual data such as Domain Rating are four separate orbits. No payment touches your vote count. The boards reflect real community momentum, not wallet weight.
Active members who vote consistently build influence, which can give their votes more weight in the orbit. That's how you earn gravity on Biz Startup Launcher.
Questions people ask
- Can I buy votes or promote my launch higher?
- No. Votes stay separate from paid ranking. You can use our billboard for visibility, but only authentic community votes move you up the boards.
- What happens if voting looks suspicious?
- Our limits catch artificial bursts. Flagged votes go into review before they count. A human check may appear during your session to verify you're real.
- Why can't I vote for my own launch first?
- Because we need to see you as a community member first. Vote for someone else, then you're free to vote for your own launch.
