The Product review ($19) is a paid, maker-commissioned structured assessment shown separately from community feedback on your listing.

Your structured product assessment
The Product review costs $19. It is a formal evaluation built from your public website content and your listing. You commission it by paying for it, and once live, you cannot revise it.
How it appears on your listing
The review displays in its own block on your listing page, marked 'Commissioned by the maker' so visitors know you paid for it. This keeps it visually distinct from community-written reviews, which sit in a separate section.
It does not affect your orbit
This review never enters your vote count, rating or leaderboard position. It is shown apart from community reviews and does not influence your place on the boards. Community reviews stay in their own section. Votes decide the community ranking; reviews never do.
Where to launch it
If you are choosing a paid launch: add it during the plan step at checkout. If your listing already exists: sign in, go to /account/listings, find your product, select 'Upgrades and extras' and press 'Order the Product review'. Check /pricing for the current cost. Production and publication happen immediately after payment clears.
Questions people ask
- Does the Product review affect my ranking or votes?
- No. It never counts toward votes, ratings or leaderboard position. Reviews never move a ranking; votes do.
- Can I edit the Product review after it launches?
- No. Once you pay for and publish it, the review is locked. You cannot change it.
